About the Business Network Collin County

 
We are a collaborative and inclusive group. All are welcome! No one will be excluded from visiting or joining our group even if someone from your field or industry is presently a member.

Our goal: spread the word and have many join our group -- the more people that attend, then the better we can each build our own client-base and help our clients find new service providers.

Our members are business owners, sales people, and other business (and charity) representatives.

BNCC's History -- Or, How This Group Was Formed

Our networking group was organized early in 2004. A group of people (Joe Blair, David Tijerina, Rickey Shaum, and Ricky Lark, Ph.D.) knew of great networking groups in Dallas but wanted to find one further North in Collin County. They had discussions with the Collin County Gay and Lesbian Alliance (CCGLA) who offered to help them create a new GLBT and straight-friendly group as a business alliance for the CCGLA. The resulting group is the Business Network Collin County which first met in September 2004.
